At Roseville Smiles Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept.

Dental insurance plans we work with:

We are happy to assist you in filing the necessary forms and documentation to help you maximize your dental benefits. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track your claims. Please know we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits from your policy.

Payment options:

• Flexible Payment Plan: Pay a portion up front, and the rest over an agreed upon time period.
• Cash Discount: Pay upfront with cash or check and receive a discount.
• Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.

Other options:

• CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office. We offer CareCredit up to 12 months interest free.
